We'd been promised a stormy day, frequent showers, strong wind and, we got it. The morning view from the flat window, this one without a rainbow.
Apart from shopping, we spent all day in the flat, most of the afternoon cooking a washing up bowl full of Bolognese sauce !! The bowl was the only thing big enough in which to mix it. That's the Co-op's fault......selling mince at two for £5, Pam can't resist.
We went down to Aileen and Bridget's flat for our pre supper drink, when Pam took the evening gaggle of scurrying Turnstones on the beach outside.
